Convenient Prescription Fulfillment

When your pet leaves our clinic with a treatment plan, our in-house pharmacy offers the convenience of receiving commonly prescribed medications directly from our team. For prescription refills, please allow up to 48 hours for our staff to process and fulfill your request. For items not stocked in our clinic, you can also use our online pharmacy to order medications for direct home delivery.

Can I get my pet's prescription filled somewhere else?

Yes. You have the right to request a written prescription and fill it at the pharmacy of your choice, and we’re happy to provide one. When possible, we recommend purchasing flea, tick, and heartworm preventives directly from our hospital or through our trusted online pharmacy. Products purchased through some third-party retailers or outside the manufacturer’s approved distribution network may not qualify for manufacturer guarantees or support if there is a problem with the product or a preventive failure.

Do you carry medications for both dogs and cats?

We carry a wide range of commonly prescribed medications for dogs and cats. If we do not have what your pet needs in stock, you can conveniently order it through our online pharmacy. Some prescription medications require veterinary approval, and our team will help review and authorize appropriate requests to keep the process as smooth as possible.

Can I request a refill without an appointment?
