Payment Options

At Panova Animal Hospital, we believe cost should never be a barrier to getting your pet the care they need. We’re transparent about pricing, provide good-faith estimates before treatment, and offer several payment options to help make veterinary care as accessible as possible.

How Payment Works

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered or upon your pet’s discharge. Before any treatment begins, we’ll provide a clear estimate so you know what to expect. If anything changes during your pet’s visit, we’ll communicate with you before proceeding.

We never want you to feel pressured or caught off guard. If you have questions about costs at any point, just ask—our team is happy to walk you through them.

Debit & Cash

Save the processing fee! We offer two-tiered pricing for clients who pay by debit card or cash. Choosing either of these methods allows you to avoid the standard 3% credit card processing charge—a simple way to reduce your out-of-pocket cost at no compromise to your pet’s care.

CareCredit logo

CareCredit

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed specifically for medical expenses, including veterinary care. It offers a range of financing options that may allow you to pay for your pet’s treatment over time rather than all at once.

Scratch Pay logo

Scratchpay

Scratchpay offers simple, transparent payment plans for veterinary expenses with a quick application process and no hidden fees.

We are not able to accept personal checks at this time.

Good-Faith Estimates

We provide a good-faith estimate before proceeding with recommended testing, treatment, services, or procedures so you have a clear understanding of the expected cost of care. We believe financial conversations should be straightforward and pressure-free, giving you the information you need to make informed decisions with confidence.

Occasionally, new findings during a diagnostic workup, treatment, or procedure may change the recommended plan or final cost. When that happens, we will discuss those changes with you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional testing or treatment whenever possible.
